Rooted in classical Pilates, this full-body flow is all about smooth transitions, mindful movement, and core connection. You’ll move through a series of exercises on the reformer that build strength, control, and flexibility—with modifications offered every step of the way. No prior reformer experience needed, just a willingness to move and flow.
All levels welcome. Grip socks recommended—your core will thank you later.
