The Sister Pilates Reformer Studio to Tease Studio, Denver's premiere and HOTTEST exercise concept focusing on pole, aerial, fitness & dance. We are so excited to meet you and introduce you to our fabulous team of instructors and fun, trendy classes.

Waiver-

In checking the box below and signing below I agree that Precision Dance LTD DBA Teaser 2 is in no way responsible for the safekeeping of my personal belongings while I attend class. I am aware that this is a legal document. There may be other risks not known or not reasonably foreseeable to the released party and that before participating the I agree to inspect their facilities and equipment to be used, and if demeaned unsafe, immediately stop the exercise. I understand that in consideration or participating in this activity, I hereby take action for myself and assign to:

A. Waive, release and discharge from any and all liability Precision Dance LTD DBA Teaser 2 , it’s elected and appointed officials, instructors, employees, agents, and volunteers for my death, disability, personal injury, property damage, or property theft, or actions of any kind which may hereafter accrue to me. Including physical classes, virtual classes and tutorials accessible through the online platforms. I accept ownership of my skill set and will only attempt physical movements that are within my skill set and abilities. If i choose to go beyond what is advised for my skill set or refuse a spot or guidance in general I can only blame myself.

B. Release from liability, Indemnify, hold harmless Precision Dance LTD DBA Teaser 2 , it’s elected and appointed officials, instructors, employees, agents, and volunteers from any and all liabilities or claims made by other individuals or entities as a result of or relating to my participating in this activity. I agree not to sue the parties designated therein in order to participate in the foregoing online activity. Including physical classes, virtual classes and tutorials accessible through the online platforms.

C. Not disclose, divulge, or otherwise use any confidential and/or copyrighted information learned or acquired from Precision Dance LTD DBA Teaser 2  including, but not limited to, class names, concepts, ideas, and dance workouts/combinations. I agree that use of this type of information for profit elsewhere shall result in legal action against me in the State of Colorado this included recording classes and attempting to resale. No phones on the floor. You are able to record your freestyles when the instructor notes the time in class that it is appropriate.

D. I am aware that it is my responsibility to change, update, remove , in general keep track of my payment information. Precision Dance LTD DBA Teaser 2 is not responsible for keeping up with your payment information or default payment information. If you have concerns or questions regarding your payment information we will happily assist you but ultimately you are responsible for all things involved with billing. Keep in mind when you save a payment method you are defaulting that to your profile. Meaning if you add a card to your account, that automatically removed all others from being your primary purchasing payment. You are responsible for keeping your billing information updated. If you add cards on your account you are changing your default billing information. This is not the responsibility to inform, keep track or take responsibility for any and all changes you make within your account profile.

E. While participating, renting and all usage of the studio space I understand that I am responsible for any damages that occur in the space while I am using it. All repairs and or damages that occur while I am renting the space are my responsibility to rectify and understand that I will be charged for such repairs or damage. I authorize Precision Dance LTD DBA Teaser 2  to charge my card on file for the cost of repairs and will receive invoices of repairs for damaged equipment including and not limited to: flooring, aerial equipment (poles, lyras, silks, hammocks, bungees, and all other props mounted for classes), merchandise in studio, lobby area, mirrors, speaker/ audio equipment, bathrooms and shower rooms.

F. I am aware that there are security cameras in the studio for my protection and the protection of the instructors and instructors. Please be aware of your actions as the cameras do not lie.

G. I have read and understand all of the polices (https://www.teaser2studio.com/policies) that are in use at the studio referring to but not limited to; all transactions, studio usage, class participation, discounts, sales, expiration dates, stored payment information, membership information, late cancels, no shows, workshops, recording sessions, profile information, scheduling classes, class cancelations, instructor substitutions and communications.

H. I hereby declare that I am in good physical condition and have no health-related issues that would prevent me from safely participating in the classes offered at Teaser 2 studio. I confirm that I have disclosed any and all relevant health conditions, including but not limited to, the following:

1. Cardiovascular conditions, such as heart disease, high blood pressure, or any history of strokes.

2. Respiratory conditions, such as asthma or chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD).

3. Musculoskeletal conditions, including joint issues, recent surgeries, or any chronic pain.

4. Neurological conditions, such as epilepsy, seizures, or any other disorder that could affect my balance or coordination.

5. Any recent injuries or conditions that may impact my ability to participate in physical activities.

I understand that it is my responsibility to inform the instructors or staff at Teaser 2 Studio of any changes in my health status that may occur after signing this waiver. I further acknowledge that it is crucial to consult with a healthcare professional before engaging in any physical activity if I have any concerns about my health.

I know that there may be risks associated with fitness classes and willingly accept those possibilities. I know that it is my responsibility to ensure my own safety. I take full responsibility for my own health and safety in participating in the fitness classes (physical and virtual) and to the extent I deem advisable, will consult a physician before participating in any of the activities. I will not attempt any movements that I am not technically and/or physically prepared to perform. I agree to pay all reasonable costs related to the classes, including any medical costs I incur, or are incurred on my behalf, because of my participation in this activity. Therefore, I have freely signed this waiver on the date indicated.

FINALLY- We are a safe, inclusive space. We ask that all students be respectful of one another and to the staff as well. Please come to class, be nice, enjoy your class and have fun with everyone around you. We have the right to refuse services to anyone and to keep our space safe.

I have read the entire agreement/ waiver and understand as well as agree to Tease Studio's policies including:

-NO REFUNDS, TRANSFERS OR CREDITS.

- 12 hour cancellation policy (any cancellations not made at least 8 hours prior to class start time will result in "late cancel" meaning no refund or future use of class/package). Membership holders will incur a $15 fee on their credit card on file for all late cancels.(physical classes and space limited classes/ workshops)

- LATE CANCEL- If client is more than 5 minutes late, they are considered late and will loose a class or charged for a missed class.

Thank you for filling up most of our classes and their waitlists! As always, you have 12 HOURS prior to the class start time to cancel before you're considered a LATE CANCEL.

-LATE CANCELS
If you have a monthly unlimited auto-pay membership (or prepaid year unlimited) you will be charged $15 per late cancel per class. If you have a class package that is not an unlimited, auto-pay membership, you will lose your class AND be charged $10.

-NO SHOWS
If you have a monthly unlimited auto-pay membership (or prepaid year unlimited) and do not show up for class, you will be charged $20 for each class this occurs. If you have a class package that is not an unlimited, auto-pay membership, you will lose your class AND be charged $15. If you purchased a drop-in or class punch card and no show, you will lose your class AND be charged $10.

-You are responsible for keeping your billing information updated. If you add cards on your account you are changing your default billing information. This is not the responsibility to inform, keep track or take responsibility for any and all changes you make within your account profile.

-Know your limits and respect them. It is our job as a fitness studio to push you and give you classes and tools that will make you stronger, increase flexibility, improve range of motion, advance your skill set and all around a healthier lifestyle but you must know your limits. Please be-aware of your skill set and stay within those classes until you have been "graduated" on by instructors to the next level. When coming to classes understand that you are expected to learning the appropriate skills for that level.

Purchase Policy-

No refunds, transfers, credits or exchanges. All studio policies apply. All deposits for parties, rentals and private sessions are non-refundable if canceled.

-You are responsible for keeping your billing information updated. If you add cards on your account you are changing your default billing information. This is not the responsibility to inform, keep track or take responsibility for any and all changes you make within your account profile.

-All members must have an active credit card on file for any and all charges to avoid registering for classes without payment.

-We are not able to return or exchange your shoes, clothes, preorders, merch ,ect. Please make sure you try on your clothes before hand.

Terms and Conditions-

Please be advised:
We do try our best to limit any changes in our schedule, there are instances that they can not be avoided and are necessary. Each of our instructors possess specialty skills and as such, cannot be easily replaced thereby making it challenging to find substitutes, etc. Instances where changes must be made could be staff availability-- other jobs, school, families, etc. that all can impact teaching schedules. With the growing skill levels progress of clients, client schedules. we try to match those trends by moving and/or adding classes to do our best to meet the needs of our clients. Schedules and some class schedules will have changes are also seasonal to match the changes we all experience as a studio, as individuals and as instructors.

Please be aware that all communication regarding updates in classes, policy changes, late cancelation fees, studio changes etc will be made through emails, our website and posted at the studio. We reserve the right to make changes to any all studio policies, contracts, payments, schedules, hours, etc as needed at anytime. All changes will be sent through emails and posted at the studio in a timely manner. It is the responsibility of the client to stay abreast of these changes by regularly checking in with email communications.

Please be aware that clients regularly take pictures and videos while in the studio. There is a possibility you may be in the background of these photos and videos. If you are uncomfortable with being in photos it is your responsibility to inform the instructor before class that you would not like to be in posted records so they can make those announcements.

Lastly, growth can also prompt schedule changes--which is definitely something we love to see but we also want to ensure that classes are not getting overcrowded. Please be aware that sometimes classes have to be canceled for circumstances out of our control such as severe weather, illness, injury, etc. We understand that this can be disappointing and should there be extensive situations, we are happy to consider extending expiration dates on packages/memberships.
